At Huboo, we care about our staff and like to think we’re so much more than just a faceless warehouse, so, as we grow our team, we like to feature some of our lovely humans.

Today we’d like to introduce you to your latest Human, Ariane, our new Key Accounts Manager and aspiring witch (!)

Ariane is responsible for handling the most important clients in the company.

‘My role consists of taking care of our key accounts – the biggest clients the company has. I have to answer their queries, solve their issues in a timely manner and ensure they feel heard, supported and are happy with the service we provide. I liaise with Sales, IT, Billing and Ops. I find answers to any questions or queries from those Key Customers and as their main point of contact, keep them updated on any ongoing issues.’

Ariane was previously one of our BDEs (Business Development Executive) in the sales team. We like to develop our Humans and Ariane is one of the examples that prove Huboo is all about development and growth.

‘There are so many things I enjoy about the role. Mostly I like the level of responsibility that comes with it. My accounts make up for a big part of our turnover so it’s critical to keep them happy and ensure they stay with Huboo. I also love the variety of tasks I have to accomplish. The key customers’ issues and requests can range from IT integration problems, to pricing issues, to billing discrepancies and operational messes (mispicks, returns, stock counts etc). I love problem-solving and the constant challenges that this role entails.’
